Describe your daily diet.

My daily diet is very healthy, because I eat some vegetables and take three different kinds of fruit every day in every three meals breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Every morning, I get up and I have some bacon and eggs, some fruit and orange juice for breakfast. Sometimes I have a sandwich for lunch. I have a principal dish, a side dish and one of my three daily kinds of fruit. After lunch, I sleep for one hour to rest for a while.
In the afternoon, I often eat some biscuits and chocolate milkshake.
At night, I have a big salad with some chips for dinner. I have my last piece of fruit of the day as desert. Sometimes I also drink a glas of milk.
In conclusion, my daily diet helps to keep me fit every day apart from doing sports and thinking in Maths class and other subjects in my school.
