ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES OF LIVING IN A RENTED FLAT

Living in a rented flat is a good option when you haven´t got money.
On the one hand, the advantage of living in a rented flat is that you can do whatever you want at any time, because you live alone and you can invite your friends at home without asking permission from anyone. Another advantage is that you can get up whenever you want, and see whatever you would like to choose on TV.
On the other hand, the disadvantages of living in a rented flat is that you have to cook, because nobody can cook for you. Another disadvantage is that you can´t live with your family and there will be a lot of things you'll have to do alone.
In conclusion, I don´t want to live in a rented flat, I prefer to live in a house with my family.
