DAILY DIET

The goal of diet is to learn a new way of eating complete and with all the necessary nutrients, not only to reduce weight but to have a healthy life and maintain a healthy weight.

Pocahontas was born arround 1595 in Virginia.
When she was a child, she lived in the same place where she was born.
She didn,t go to school or, at least, not the kind of school we go to today.
She was a native american, the daughter of a chief, and she bacame famous because she saved the life of John Smith, an English colonist.
She got married to another colonist, with whon she travelled to England, where she bacame a celebrity.She had one child, a son called Thomas.
She died in England in march 1617, at the age of 21.

SMOKING IN PUBLIC PLACES

I do not agree with the prohibition of smoking in public bars, because earlier there were seatting areas for other smokeers. Smoking in earlier times was not banned. They do not leave smoking areas in the restaurant, for example. But now restaurants make less money than before, and the bos has to pay all the employees and there will be more unemployement.

TV

I couldn´t live without it! The TV makes life so much more interesting. I think that I would be lost without the TV.

With the TV I can watch football games, I can watch the news, It is essential. Some people think that the TV is a stupid box, but in my opinion it is a good investion. I depend on it because at the weekends I watch films on it.

Public transport

Public transport is today a big option of travelling, however, it has a lot of disadvantages.
On the one hand, public transport has many advantages, for example, it is cheap, because you do not have to pay the fuel or the things that public transport needs. Another advantage is that public transport pollutes less than a private car.
On the other hand, disadvantages are, for example, you depend on a timetable.
Futhermore buses are very slow and you may arrive late. In my opinion, public transport has got more advantages than disadvantages but it might be cheaper.

ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES OF LIVING IN THE FIELD OR IN THE CITY

Living in a city is today essential. However living in the country is good too.On the one hand, in a city you have everything you need very near home. Nevertheless, in the country, if you need a supermarket, for example, you have to travel several kilometres to find one. Also in a city there are more possibilities to get a job than in the country.
On the other hand, living in the country offer you a lot of advantages, for example, you have more peace and you can enjoy the landscape. However, in the city the traffic makes a lot of noise and you can not enjoy the landscape. In my opinion,it is better to live in a city, because all my friends are here.
