RENTED FLATS

Flats, in some cities are more expensive and smaller than in other cities. Rented flat have got advantages and disadvantages.
Sometimes flats are built in old buildings and they have got a lot of problems; but other flats are placed in new buildings. These flats have got better conditions than the other flats, but sometimes these are more expensive and smaller than the previous one.
The advantages of living in flats are that you don´t have to clean and tidy much, and normally they are very comfortable.
Surely, I will go to live in a rented flat, because I think that the situation would be more comfortable.
