-Living in a rented flat can have some advantages and disadvantages. In my opinion it has more advantages than disadvantages, but it depends widely on people's personality. Now I'm going to examine these aspects carefully.
-There are some advantages of living in a rented flat, for example, it is cheaper than buying a house, you can move to another house when you want, it makes possible that young people become emancipated earlier, you don't have to buy the furniture, if somehing doesn't work you don't have to pay for it and you don't have to fulfill a hard contract with the bank to obtain a mortgage.
Dosadvantages are that you don't have your own house for the rest of your life, and if you need some money you can't sell it to obtain profits. You won't be as comfortable as in your own home, you can be fired when the owner wants to, and you can't decorate the walls or the floor the way you like.
-In conclusion, to my opinion it is better living in a rented flat because it has more advantages.

In my opinion it is better to have own floor, the floors are not always rented furnished. Other than that, editing is very well written, look at something and disadvantages, that zero that you misspelled.
