Your Home Has Been Rrobbed. Burglars went into your home while you were inside.
I was watching a horror film. When the film had finished, I heard a noise that was coming from the kitchen. I was frightened. I said 'hello', but nobody answered me.I called the police immediately, and they told me that in 5 minutes they will be coming to my home.
I thought that I didn't have enough time and the thieves would kill me. The thieves come to my room, and I took my guitar and hit them. When the police were in my house they arrested the thieves.
Later on, I called my parents and I told the story to them. They came back as soon as they could, so they took the first flight to Spain from New York.
ADVANTAGES AND DISVANTAGES OF LIVING IN A RENTED FLAT
Linving in a rented flat can have some advantages and disavantages. I don't live in a rented flat, but in my opinion it has more advantages because it is cheaper than if you buy a house or flat. If your life is boring, you can change the flat, and go to another place.
Young people can't buy a house because they don't have any money, as they only have to study a lot, and don't have time to work. The disavantagesare are that you have to live with another family, and you only have one room, you can't make any noise or another things. It is better to livi in yuor parents home.
In a rented flat, if you are young, is better to live this way, but if you weren't twenty, it would be better to buy a house. When I get older, I'm not going to live in a rented house, because I don't like this way.

Advantages and disadvantages of living in a rented flat
-There are some advantages of living in a rented flat, for example, it is cheaper than buying a house, you can move to another house when you want, it makes possible that young people become emancipated earlier, you don't have to buy the furniture, if somehing doesn't work you don't have to pay for it and you don't have to fulfill a hard contract with the bank to obtain a mortgage.
Dosadvantages are that you don't have your own house for the rest of your life, and if you need some money you can't sell it to obtain profits. You won't be as comfortable as in your own home, you can be fired when the owner wants to, and you can't decorate the walls or the floor the way you like.
-In conclusion, to my opinion it is better living in a rented flat because it has more advantages.

TATTOOS.
Tattooed people conform a kind of life and a different ideology. The great part of society don´t accepted this kind of people, but I think they are going to be accepted.
I like tattoos very much, and I’m thinking of getting a tattoo on my left arm. I like dragons and other forms to tattoos, and I don´t thing it differentiate any person.
In conclusion, I think tattooed people are going to be accepted in a near future, and they are integrated in the present and future society.
RENTED FLATS
Sometimes flats are built in old buildings and they have got a lot of problems; but other flats are placed in new buildings. These flats have got better conditions than the other flats, but sometimes these are more expensive and smaller than the previous one.
The advantages of living in flats are that you don´t have to clean and tidy much, and normally they are very comfortable.
Surely, I will go to live in a rented flat, because I think that the situation would be more comfortable.
KEEP YOUR HOUSE LOCKED
If you don´t relay on alarms or police, you have to stay at home at the weekends, so you could keep your house. But I think that if you live in a quiet place, you mustn´t be worried about a robbery.
I think that you have to buy an alarm and have it installed in your house. That way you will ser your proerty out of danger and prevent it from being robbed. In my opinion you could go out at weekends without any worry. Otherwise, you won´t enjoy your free time.
In conclusion, you should go out at weekends, you should enjoy this time, and look after your health as well.

Should people stop going away during the weekends in order to prevent robberies?
For this reason, I think it will be better that you decide other options, because the other days of the week you have to go to your job and you have to leave your home.
Another option that you can take is, that your letters are caught or your blinds are down by your neighbours. Then also you musn't tell everybody that you will travel. In addition, you can do other things, like put on the radio, switch on a light, install an alarm, etc. With these activities you can prevent thieves from entering and stealing in your house.
In conclusion, I think that staying at home doesn't make sense, because in this way you are limiting your life, and you are worrying without any reason.
BURGLARS MOVE IN at THE WEEKEND
Staying at home every weekend just to avoid leaving the house empty is not a good idea, because doing that maybe thieves won't steal our properties but they will steal our time and freedom.
We must live our house without fear, it doesn't mean that we don't have to worry about.
Taking some basic precautions about it such as lock all doors and windows and ask some hell about to take a look from time to time should be enough.
Burglars Break Into at the Weekend
Fisrstly, if people stay at home to prevent it, burglars may come to their houses and hit them, and it is the same case as if the owners didn't stay in. Secondly, you can't live thinking all the time that some thieves are going to steal in your home, because in that case you wouldn't go out of home, you wouldn't be able to see new places, you wouldn't visit any museums or even your family, and you would be an obssesive person.
Finally, robberies can be comitted at any moment, for example, when you go to work or when you have to visit the doctor, so there is no sense in staying at home during the weekends.
In conclusion, people should go away at the weekend to enjoy their life, and have fun visiting museums, climbing, skiing, going to the beach, going abroad...
Your home has been robbed. Burglars went into your home while you were inside.

BIOGRAPHY
LADY DI : Diana Frances Spencer
Diana, Princess of Wales, (Diana Frances; née Spencer; 1 July 1961 – 31 August 1997) was the first wife of Charles, Prince of Wales. Her sons, Princes William and Harry, are second and third in line to the throne of the United Kingdom and fifteen other Commonwealth Realms.
A public figure from the announcement of her engagement to Prince Charles, Diana remained the focus of worldwide media scrutiny before, during and after her marriage. This continued in the years following her death in a car crash and in the subsequent display of public mourning. Contemporary responses to Diana's life and legacy were mixed but popular interest with the Princess endures. The Coroner's Inquest reported its conclusion on 7 April 2008 that Diana and her companion Dodi Fayed were unlawfully killed by the negligent driving of Henri Paul, the driver of the Mercedes in which she was travelling, and by the pursuing paparazzi.
